We cordially invite you and all in your family to join our
Annual Kathina Ceremony 2022 (Community Day Celebration) at Letchworth Dhamma Nikethanaya Buddhist Cultural and Meditation Centre.
Kathina Ceremony is the most significant meritorious deed in the Buddhist Tradition.
This marks the successful end of the annual vassana season Rains Retreat of the community.
Dress Code: Please dress white and be prepared to the cold weather with enough thermals.
We advise all attendees to maintain sensible health precautions, face masks, sanitizers etc. Please do not attend if you or anyone in the household have any symptoms.
WE RESPECTFULLY REMIND ALL VISITORS TO BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELIGIOUS EVENT AND TO REDUCE NOISE LEVELS TO A MINIMUM. Please ensure accompanying children are supervised. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a marked bay and does not obstruct others. Also to show care and consideration when parking in the street.
